Cancellation Policy
Grand Union Jiu Jitsu memberships operate on a recurring basis and continue until cancelled in accordance with the terms below.
30 Days’ Written Notice
All membership cancellations require a minimum of 30 days’ written notice, subject to any statutory cancellation rights that may apply.

The 30-day notice period begins on the date we receive your written cancellation request.
Any membership payment that falls due during the 30-day notice period will remain payable.
Payments During the Notice Period
Membership fees will continue to be collected as normal during the cancellation notice period.
Stopping attendance does not automatically cancel a membership or remove the requirement to complete the applicable notice period.
Your membership and access to eligible classes will remain active for the period covered by your membership payments.
How to Cancel
To cancel your membership, please email grandunionbjj@gmail.com and clearly state that you wish to cancel your membership.
Cancelling a Direct Debit or payment card alone does not constitute notice of cancellation.
Membership Freezes
Membership freezes are separate from cancellations and are not automatic.
Freeze requests should be made in advance and are subject to approval. We may consider requests in circumstances such as injury, extended travel or exceptional personal circumstances.
Please contact us before your next payment date if you would like to request a membership freeze.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Cancellation Policy affects any rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.
