How Are Classes Divided?
Classes are divided in 5 groups
- Beginner
- Fundamental
- Intermediate/Advanced
- Sparring
- Ladies Only
Beginner Classes
The Beginner Program was created to ensure that all students have a solid foundation. This class is suitable for beginners and anyone interested in improving their knowledge of basic Bjj techniques. There is no free sparring in this class.
Belt Rank: White & Blue
Duration: 45 Minutes
Structure: Warm up, drills, basic techniques, specific sparring
Fundamentals Classes
The Fundamentals Program was designed to give students a deeper understanding of jiu jitsu techniques. With this program, students will be able to improve their general knowledge, improve their movements, coordination and understand the connections of techniques.
Belt Rank: All belts
Duration: 60 Minutes
Structure: Warm up, drills, general techniques, specific sparring and/or sparring
Intermediate/Advanced Classes
The Advanced Program gives students the opportunity to take their game to the next level through an in-depth exploration of more advanced jiu jitsu techniques and instructions.
Belt Rank: White Belt with 3 stripes to Black Belt
Duration: 60 Minutes
Structure: Warm up, drills, inter/advanced techniques, specific sparring and/or sparring
Sparring Classes
Now it's time to put into practice what students learned in previous programs, this class is suitable for those who want to test themselves and for those students who want to gain more confidence for their competitions.
Belt Rank: White Belt with 3 stripes to Black Belt
Duration: 45 Minutes
Structure: Warm up, sparring
Ladies Only Classes
This is a class designed for women of all levels and ages. In this program the student will learn jiu jitsu in all aspects, from self defense to gi and nogi fighting. This is a class that women will gain self-esteem and confidence to face any situation that life may bring them.
